Bari Logistics is a modern, state-of-the-art logistics centre, capable of meeting the strategic and functional requirements of any tenant from southern Italy.
The Bari Logistics complex is strategically located in the SEZ Adriatica area. Special Economic Zones (SEZ) aim to attract investments, develop infrastructures, foster the creation of new jobs and promote the growth of exports and industrial activities. The tax breaks offered by a SEZ are available to all companies, both the newly established and those already present within the area.
The complex provides 50 single-front loading bays (or two-front in case of merged modules), 323 car spaces and 50 truck spaces, several charging rooms, an ENEL electrical substation with a MV/LV conversion room, 26 charging stations for electric vehicles, 42 bicycle storages, CO2 sensors and LED lighting systems.
The complex will accommodate a total of 54,836 m2 of leasable area.
